This site is intended for wellness and lifestyle readers. We aim for a global, privacy-first approach and follow widely used privacy standards, including the GDPR where applicable.
Data we collect
At this time, we do not actively collect personal data through forms, comments, analytics, payments, or user accounts.
We may add optional features in the future (such as comments and a newsletter). If and when we enable them, this policy will be updated to reflect what is collected, why it is collected, and your choices.
Comments
Comments are not enabled yet. When we enable comments, we will collect the data shown in the comments form. This typically includes the name (or display name), email address, and the comment text. We may also collect the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection and site security.
If we enable Gravatar, an anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to check whether you use it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. If your comment is approved, your profile picture may be visible publicly next to your comment.
Newsletter and emails
We do not currently run a newsletter. If we launch one, we will ask for your email address only when you choose to subscribe. You will be able to unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email (or by contacting us).
Media
If you upload images to the website (if this becomes available), you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors may be able to download images and extract any embedded location data.
Cookies
We do not use analytics cookies at this time.
If we enable comments in the future, your browser may store cookies to remember your details for convenience so you do not have to re-enter them for future comments. If we enable a login feature, WordPress may set cookies required for login sessions and display preferences.
Embedded content from other websites
Pages on this site may include embedded content (for example, videos, images, or articles). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way as if you visited that website directly.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with embedded content, especially if you have an account and are logged in to that service.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.
If we enable comments, visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
How long we retain your data
Because we are not currently collecting personal data through site features, we do not currently retain comment, account, or newsletter data.
If we enable comments in the future, we may retain comments and their metadata to support moderation, prevent abuse, and preserve conversation context. If we enable a newsletter in the future, we will retain your email address until you unsubscribe.
What rights you have over your data
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to request a portable copy of it. You can also object to certain processing.
Where a legal obligation requires us to retain certain information (for example, security logs), we will comply with that obligation.
