About Mehran

Embracing My Vitality grew from a personal search for clearer, more practical ways to understand health and daily life.

Why I began

Serious health experiences in my family pushed me to question what I understood about prevention, everyday choices, and the limits of waiting until illness becomes a crisis. What began as a search for answers gradually became a long-term commitment to learning and sharing.

From systems to health education

For decades, I worked in information technology, including senior architecture, technology, and program leadership roles. That background trained me to look for connections, dependencies, unintended consequences, and practical ways to make complex systems understandable.

I now bring that systems perspective to health education: looking beyond isolated symptoms and exploring how food, movement, sleep, stress, environment, social connection, and health care decisions can influence one another.

What I do now

I study health and lifestyle topics, review research and public educational material, compare perspectives, and organize what I learn for general readers. I create articles, videos, audio, PDFs, books, and workshops so people can explore an idea in the format that works best for them.

The aim is not to offer quick fixes. It is to make complex health questions easier to approach, encourage thoughtful daily choices, and help readers prepare better questions for qualified professionals.

Education and perspective

My formal education is in Systems Analysis and Computer Studies at Leeds Beckett University. Years of senior technology work, followed by sustained independent study of health and natural living, shape the structured and practical way this library is built.

An important boundary

I am a health and wellness author and independent health educator. I am not a physician, dietitian, therapist, or other licensed health professional. Embracing My Vitality provides general education, not personal medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Its material should support, not replace, care from qualified health professionals.

A growing library

Embracing My Vitality is still evolving. Articles may be expanded, translated, corrected, or connected to new books and workshops as the library grows. Reader questions and thoughtful corrections are welcome.
